Enable consumers to aggregate health information from multiple patient portals, pharmacies and other consumer sources onto their mobile device and share that information with their providers and informal care communities. Prior efforts on aggregating the information that was accessible in "cloud" systems, e.g. Google Health, required consumers to trust a third-party, transmit all relevant data, and that data could not be utilized for messaging when the consumer was not connected.
