We want to create a service provider network where service providers can create a free profile and get free leads. For consumers, they post a job, it is matched to all the relevant service providers who then bid on the job. Our business model is to keep it free to create the network effect of service providers. We have tried and tested our user acquisition strategy and are confident if we roll out our tests across America we can get 600k service providers on our system quickly.
