IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) today have segregated solutions addressing PC (desktop, laptop) and Mobile (phones, tablets) spaces. This product will unify these spaces by attacking a very targeted slice of this space that is ripe for a scalable solution. There are numerous large players in the ITAM/SAM space but none are focusing on the particular solution we have in mind. If we can develop and deliver a solid product quickly enough we can position ourselves as a market leader which should give us multiple options to build out a company by raising funds or sell-out for the right deal.
