Our patent pending technology allows users of applications based on our platform to prove their individual attendance at a group event in a given location; optionally having pre-accepted certain terms and conditions which will come into force at the time an event occurs. Anything that has a “many people/one place/same time/prove it" theme is a perfect application for our technology. Our first product, "SayYeah!", allows two or more individuals to register their mutual agreement to engage in sexual activity. The application assists educational institutions and fraternal organizations in their compliance strategy for Section 67386(a) of the California Education Code. The team now has 2 other applications based on the same technology under development, one of which provides an escrow and contract application for classified ad sellers and buyers, and one that allows tracking of court mandated attendance of community service activities.
